I love to get family starting the day with a nutritious yummy breakfast.
My biggest tip for breakfast is to steer clear of the breakfast cereal from the supermarket. Get into the habit of porridge, eggs, fruit, home made pancakes or smoothies for breakfast. The supermarket breakfast cereal aisles are loaded with well marketed, sugar fuelled cereals that we are best o avoid. My kids used to be into all sorts of cereals but overtime it is possible to wean them off cereals and get them enjoying delicious, nutritious home sourced breakfasts.
